Welcome to the website of CEA!

Officially launched on 05/05/05, CEA is one of the youngest professional societies in Cambodia. With our limited resources and voluntary contributions from members and non-members, we try to primarily promote the economic science and its application in Cambodia. We mobilise Cambodian economists and professionals interested in Cambodia's economic development to network and share this common course. We focus on knowledge sharing among members and wherever possible contribute to knowledge generation for the benefits of policymaking in Cambodia.

The CEA website provides space for discussion. We are pleased to invite you to join the online debates as well as our other activities. Together, we will promote the culture of dialogues, debates and evidence-based policymaking in the economic framework.

Registered as an independent, not-for-profit, non-government organization, or a professional society, CEA aims to promote economic science and its application to Cambodia and Cambodia will achieve equitable and sustainable development.

What we do?
Main activities of the Association are as follows: Conduct research to identify policy options to develop the Cambodian economy,Organize seminars, conferences, roundtable discussions, and public forums on issues related to the development of the Cambodian economy,Publish research findings and meeting results as decided by the Executive Committee,Provide lectures, consultations, and training on socio-economic issues, Participate in related meetings, seminars, and ....
