~ Promoting research to identify policy options to develop the Cambodian economy.
~ Publishing research findings through the CEA publication, The Cambodian Economic Review.
~ Organizing seminars, conferences, roundtable discussions, and public forums on issues related to the development of the    Cambodian economy.
~ Providing lectures, consultations, and training on socio-economic issues.
~ Participating in related meetings, seminars, and conferences in the country and overseas.
~ Building partnerships with other economic associations in the region and the world.
